Anxiety

Finally after 10 years of running from one Doctor to a therapist and then off to another Doctor explaining my anxiety symptoms time and time again I am cured.

You probably know some or all of these
* Racing Heart
* Feelings of unreality
* Blurry vision
* Depression
* Loss of personality
* Excess Sweating
* Constantly worrying
* Irritable
* Emotions frozen
* Feelings of panic
* Feel like your losing control
* Racing thoughts

The worry that came with anxiety attacks grew daily, some days I would end up shaking but never sharing my feelings with anyone else.

My story isn’t a story of some miracle cure for anxiety - I realized finally that cure had to come from within.


I studied everything I could and this allowed me to lead myself back to an anxiety and panic free life.

This is the story of that journey, I am sure you can imagine the relief when I realized I no longer had to look for help from prescriptions or Dr’s I could help myself get over anxiety.

Hubpages and Web 2.0

Web 2.0 is a new generation of websites that allow the user to interact with them and essentially the users are what make the website grow.  Big name examples of this are MySpace, YouTube and FaceBook.  They allow the users to contribute their own content to the websites and also have a viral effect because the users tell their friends about the sites.

Hubpages is a small website at the moment and is relatively untapped, they allow you to contribute your own content to the site for others to read, also they encourage you to tell others about their site and give you a percentage of their revenue if they earn any money.  Sounds like a good deal right?  Go take a look at Hubpages to see how you can earn money.
